Shipping and Returns Guidelines
Here at Magic Hair we like to keep things simple! So here are our Return and Shipping Guidelines in a nutshell….
We give customers a choice of Australia Post or Sendle. Overall we support Sendle as a preferred carrier as every Sendle shipment is 100% carbon neutral. But we realise they don’t deliver to PO Boxes so we offer customers the option of Australia Post as well.
We will always commit to shipping within 48 hours; however, we will move mountains to make sure it is posted same day. What we can’t guarantee is how long it will take to get to you – that’s out of our hands. But you can track your delivery at any time. If you want the item there fast, we will generally post it same day.
If using Sendle for delivery you will be unable to use a PO Box number.
While we are sorry to hear Magic Hair wasn’t the product for you, we will happily refund your purchase cost. You will only be out of pocket for the return shipping costs via Sendle. Magic Hair uses Sendle for returns, as it is the cheapest way for you to post it back to us.
Simply email us on the Contact Form with your details and we will email you back with instructions. Please note you will need access to a printer in order to print a Sendle shipping label. Then it’s as simple as dropping it off to one of the thousands of Sendle drop off points across Australia.
Remember you can mix shades. Keep the colour you chose with your original purchase and Contact Us to let us know this happened and we will send you a new shade for only $10 + postage.
Wow we hope this won’t happen ever but if it does, we will cover your return postage costs as we like to be fair. The return will be via Sendle. Use the Contact Form to tell us what happened, and we will give you instructions on what to do.
If your package goes missing before delivery, then either Magic Hair or the customer are able to lodge a claim for reimbursement (depending on the carrier). Contact us to let us know what happened with your details. Magic Hair will not be responsible for refunds on packages marked as `delivered’ when reviewing the tracking details. Sorry to say - looks like your item got pinched from your mailbox!
